The Trainer III is a dynamic piece of our learning process. They should possess knowledge, delivery and control: Knowledge of any content given, fluent delivery of any such content, and control of the learning environment. They are asked to demonstrate these skills both in a new hire learning capacity and in a continued occupational education. Trainers are a knowledge resource to market employees and are expected to take initiative to master the content being trained.
Primary Responsibilities: Delivery of instructional, operational and software based training programs. Supports the advancement of facilitation capability across the department; provides objective, respectful and consistent observation and developmental coaching to peers in more junior training roles. Proactively looks for ways to enhance learner experience and engagement. Actively supports greater use of virtual and other technologies to create greater efficiency and learner access, particularly to more remote business groups. Provides input, counsel and advice on the design and development of new and existing programs. Consistently demonstrates and practices effective adult education principles. Provide feedback to supervisors in cases where further vendor or market development is required. Supports Market Managers in Market related training standup activities. Continually and proactively support initiatives that drive greater learning outcomes. Support training team on ad hoc projects.
A successful Trainer III will have: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-7 years of training experience required. Strong analytical and decision making abilities. Previous experience in virtual facilitation. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office, G-Suite and Adobe Connect. Ability to travel: up to 70% domestic travel. A background in telecommunications is preferred but not required.
